Robert DeNoble, MBA |
|
Bob has over twenty years experience as a senior executive at health care institutions and as a health care management consultant. Prior to founding RDA Healthcare Consulting, he held a senior position with KPMG LLP, a major international accounting and consulting firm where he led the firm’s behavioral health consulting practice. Prior to that he served as Vice President for Operations at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence and as Associate General Director of McLean Hospital in Belmont , Massachusetts . In these positions, Bob was involved in numerous strategic and facility planning initiatives. He worked closely with architects and engineers in planning new facilities at McLean Hospital , Rhode Island Hospital, and Mount Auburn Hospital . In his consulting role, Bob assisted many health provider organizations in determining the financial feasibility of capital projects and in preparing the necessary analysis to obtain debt financing through tax exempt revenue bonds. |

Joseph Pyle |
|
Joseph Pyle, MA, recently served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Friends Hospital. Joe has more than 20 years’ experience in behavioral health, serving eight years as a CEO at various institutions including MeadowWood Behavioral Health System, Northwestern Institute of Psychiatry, Malvern Institute and now Friends Hospital . Joe joined Friends Hospital in 1999, and has served as part of the Hospital’s executive team since that time. In 2004, he was named interim Chief Executive Officer by the Board of Managers, and set into place significant changes throughout the Hospital that improved patient care, contained costs, and brought the Hospital into full licensure and accreditation with all regulatory agencies. During that time, Joe worked with the Board of Managers to seek, evaluate, and select a joint venture partner that would preserve both the Hospital’s patient care operations and continue the Board’s nearly 200-year old mission. After a national search of not-for-profit and for-profit behavioral health companies, the Board selected a partner and Joe has overseen the legal transaction as well as guiding the Hospital staff and community through the change process which culminates on June 30, 2005 . |
