Background: RDA Healthcare Consulting, LLC (originally RDA Healthcare Consulting, Inc) has been in business since 2002. RDA principals have served in leadership positions in the health care industry for 30 years. Over the last 7 years we have worked with acute care, tertiary hospital, behavioral health and community health clients through out the country. Our practice focuses on bringing together operations, finance and planning disciplines to create implementable solutions that achieve known objectives. RDA is a small firm that enables RDA principals to provide the highest quality of work on behalf of each of its clients. RDA principals are directly involved in the completion of each project. We value the relationship that we are able to build with the client and project staff. Each project is a team effort that assures client ownership of the final product. |
