Acute Care

RDA associates have served in senior executive positions at two of the leading behavioral health hospitals in the country. We have worked with behavioral health hospitals throughout the country in assessing patient mix, performing assessments of operational efficiency, strategic planning and re engineering implementation to make organizations more efficient in the delivery of services.

We have served clients in Miami Florida (Jackson Memorial Hospital), San Jose California (Santa Clara County), Atlanta Georgia (Skyland Trail) and Philadelphia (Friends Hospital).

Behavioral Health

Non-profit hospitals and other providers play a special role in the delivery of services to their respective communities. While bound by the “no margin no mission” dictum they are driven by different interests than traditional businesses. RDA is committed to those interests.

We specialize in the getting to know each community from the ground up. We have completed numerous community health needs studies as well as physician development plans in Massachusetts (HealthAlliance), New Hampshire (a large consortium of hospitals in Manchester including Dartmouth Hitchcock) and Mississippi (Singing River Health System).

Community Health
